Support channel

Use the same official support or distribution channel through which you obtained TrueFrame Studio. Do not send passwords, API keys, client secrets, access tokens, or refresh tokens in support messages.

When reporting a technical issue, screenshots with credentials hidden and the TrueFrame Studio version number are helpful.

Privacy requests

For requests related to local TrueFrame Studio data, remove the relevant local project data or uninstall the extension. For data held by third-party providers, use that provider's account and privacy controls.
