Terms of Service

These Terms govern use of TrueFrame Studio, a creator tool for product-content workflows.

1. Acceptance

By using TrueFrame Studio, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the software or its connected services.

2. Service description

TrueFrame Studio may provide product-reference management, AI-assisted poster generation, AI-assisted short-form video generation, review workflows, queue management, and integrations that can send creator-approved media to third-party platforms such as TikTok.

3. Your accounts and credentials

You are responsible for the accounts, API keys, access tokens, and permissions you connect to TrueFrame Studio. You must only connect accounts you are authorized to use. Do not share credentials with unauthorized parties.

4. Creator responsibility

You are responsible for reviewing generated content before publication and for ensuring that product representations, claims, music, images, trademarks, and other content are accurate and lawful. AI-generated output can be inaccurate and should not be treated as automatically verified.

5. Third-party platforms

Use of TikTok, Google, Gemini, Veo, and any other third-party service remains subject to that provider's terms, policies, availability, rate limits, review requirements, and technical restrictions. TrueFrame Studio does not guarantee approval, publication, reach, monetization, or uninterrupted third-party API access.

6. Prohibited use

You may not use TrueFrame Studio to violate law, infringe intellectual property, impersonate others, submit misleading product information, bypass platform security controls, or access accounts without authorization.

7. Availability and changes

Features may be changed, limited, suspended, or removed as the software evolves or as third-party APIs change. Experimental features may fail or behave differently between versions.

8. No warranty

TrueFrame Studio is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. No guarantee is made that generated content will be error-free or accepted by any third-party platform.

9. Limitation of responsibility

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developer is not responsible for losses resulting from inaccurate generated content, third-party service changes, rejected posts, account restrictions, loss of API access, or misuse of connected credentials.

12. Updates to these Terms

These Terms may be updated as TrueFrame Studio changes. The effective date above will be revised when material changes are published.
